Absolute Boyfriend, Chibi Vampire, Fall In Love Like A Comic, I.N.V.U., Ouran High School Host Club, Someday's Dreamers: Spellbound, Fruits Basket, Kare Kano, Land of the Blindfolded, Guru Guru Pon-chan (really weird, but good), Kare First Love, Crossroad...they've all got some romance aspect about them, but some (with how many volumes are out) haven't had much yet, but there will be

Uwasa no Midori-kun, Hoshi wa Utau (Twinkling Stars), The Gentlemens Alliance Cross (Shinshi Doumei Cross), Sugar Princess, Shiawasse Kissa Sanchoume, Nagatachou Strawberry, Moe Kare, Love Berrish, Koukou Debut, Kaichou wa Maid-sama!, or Hana-Kimi. Those are all really good books.
