Inu-yasha, and - from what I've seen - maybe Card Captor Sakura. Although, I loved the anime Sailormoon, I'm nor sure about the manga: the same can be said for Yuyu Hakusho.

Oh, I love Manga. The saddest I've seen so far is "Grave of the Fireflies." I could not stop crying watching this movie.
