Hajime no Ippo! Apprently its translated as Fighting Spirit here in the states, thats not the name I go by though.

My boyfriend introduced me to it because I'm into fighting, and do martial arts(this is a boxing manga). Its addicting. I've been reading it online, and I'm currently on Ch. 114, Pg. 7.

The story revolves around a shy high school student, Ippo Makunouchi, who gets picked on a lot. Hes introduced to boxing by a pro boxer who found him beatin up by some bullies. Its very good, if your into fighting manga.

Visited Japan in 2007.

I am female.
