Anime - 08-27-2008, 05:42 AM

I wanna knoe how YOU view Anime and why I should watch or not watch your most loved or most hated Anime. Simply because I Love culture and society I guess you could call me a "observer" , and also I Love Anime

1. > "THE BEST ANIME EVER"
2. > your "ABSOLUTE FAVORITE ANMIE" can be same as #1 obv
3. > "MOST INSIGHTFUL ANIME" like which anime made you go into a deep state of thought, possibly you researched something because of it, and if so what?"
4. > "Worst Anime" and why I mean there has to be a reason why you think this Anime isn't worth watching and why you have negative opinion to the point you will tell some won not to watch it
5. > "THE ANIME THAT CHANGED MY LIFE" and amine which made you look at the world differently, these are the most fascinating to me. A Anime with a life lesson or just a great view that makes you fell differently when you step outside. Very few Books, Manga's, Anime's, Speaches or People can make me or anywon fell that it made a difference in there life, and i believe it is worth it to share what can make a difference for entertainment, life and just knowledge.

I simply love anime because I love all art and the Knowledge, Entertainment and Prosperity one can get from art. Art is a passion and a curse it is our future and our past it is what drives us or destroys us art can be all or nothing because art is life.

Entertainment and basically nothing more. I've learnt here that things in anime should be taken with a pinch of salt. I'm not really a super huge anime fan, there are so many crap ones out there it's unbelievable.

i love anime and the reason i watch it is because i like watching cartoons lol.

reason i think anime is cool. is just the style of how it is animated. when a show or movie is done properly it looks really really nice.

movies like spirited away, howl's moving castle etc. shows like full metal alchemist, death note, Ghost in the shell just look damn sexy. lol the animation is done so cleanly and makes it more enjoyable.

hope that makes sense

It does and LoL Cartoons Rock, Agree I love the style to, full metal alchemist i finished a long time ago and death note fascinates me I have no idea why tho. howl's moving castle and Ghost in the shell I will check out. Rough Animation kinda ruins the experience sometimes other times it makes the Anime better for me nywyaz

I love anime, not only for entertainment but because yes, it is an art and you can learn some simple life lessons from some.

The pic added goes to the ones whose ideas are in a box, to the ones who don't give respect to the one who doesn't fit in that box, stereotying one as I am. You'll soon learn your mistake in not getting the chance, because of Your Error to get to know as others have gotten to know, love, respect, and appreciate me for who I am and not for what you aim to make me.

If I watch anything in general, not just animated stuff, it's purely for entertainment purposes and that's about it. Overall, though, I prefer manga to anime.

To answer the other questions...

The Best Anime Ever: I honestly don't think I have one. I have favorites, but I wouldn't say any of them are the best.

Absolute Favorite Anime: Probably a tie between Yoroiden Samurai Troopers (Ronin Warriors) and Meitantei Conan.

Most Insightful Anime: Hmm, maybe Deathnote, but I was in "deep thought" over that when reading its manga way before I ever saw its anime. In a way, when it comes to places of most anything I watch, I end up researching it or looking it up. I guess between Digimon Adventure/Adventure 02/Tamers [due to fics I used to write for the series] and Meitantei Conan, Meitantei Conan especially, I've always been intrigued to look up the places that the characters went to see if it was factually based or either made up for the show. I also tend to look up food dishes mentioned in some series, as I do have a general interest in foreign cuisines, not just Japan's.

Worst Anime: Hmm, I'd have to say, Oruchuban Ebichu. I was talked into watching it with a friend. He loved it, I was disgusted by it.

The Anime That Changed My Life and Anime Which Made You Look at the World Differently: I can honestly say nothing fits this category for me.
