What I hate is that they like to stick filler episodes when things get interesting.
Kind of a drag. Also, it's tough for many anime to show here in the States on my provider (DirecTV) and no provider offers an anime channel or anything close that shows more than 2-5 shows. Lastly, only one episode a week over here! They won't even show the older episodes during the rest of the week!

Yeah, the director didn't like the way the anime was going so he cut it off, and then later on the Hellsing Ultimate OVA started. The OVA goes directly off the manga, whereas the original strayed away from it. The 6th episode of the OVA recently came out and each ep is about 45-50 minutes.

I wish that the people who make the manga stick directly to the manga as their guide. That way they know how to make the damn anime.

If is very annoying when a character overreacts and goes mental in some animes... (ie. Evangelion, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, School Days, or even Kimi ga Nozomu Eien). It's like they were already unstable to begin with.

On another note, I definitely would not put all dubs into the bad category. There have been some great dubs and even some I prefer over the Japanese version. Some examples are Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, and any of the Ghibly movies (I haven't seen too many dubbed anime). True, some can be horrid, but I wouldn't blanket all dubs as terrible.

You're one of those fans.

I've read the manga, I know the story, why do I want to see it panel for panel on a television screen?

Oh you mean like in Perfect Blue where the fat woman gets impaled on a shattered pane of glass? That was kawaii to the max!

What I hate about anime? Hmm...
Actually I think I just dislike anime in general. >.>; Sorry guys. I've seen some that were quite good but for the most part i find it mind-numbingly cruddy. I don't watch it.
