It's when Rock Lee shouts "Konoha Senpuu!" because it follows up with the best move in the whole of anime.

I like Conan's phrase that goes like this:
Oi, oi, oi... Pretty boring for reading but go to YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. and type "Conan's Oi Oi Oi" in the search bar and you'll be able to watch a clip of a lot of Oi Oi Oi clips in one.
