Evangelion is my absolute fave,
i also love excel saga , puni puni poemi, Rahxphon , Burst angel,Ghost in the shell ,speed grapher , gunslingergirls.....OMG this list could go forever....

hmm, let's see (I really read more of the manga than watching the anime, but you get the general idea) I like Fruits Basket, Full Metal Alchemist, and Avatar (ha ha, if that even counts. Does it sound too immature to say that I like Avatar? I'll never grow up). Mostly, though I'm a manga junkie. And a pocky junkie, but come on, who doesn't love pocky, ramune, ramen, mochi, onigiri, or (insert other japanese food item here)? Pocky is the new version of drugs, and we all know it. And it's cheaper.

Avatar IS pretty good, and it's among one of the few-but-still-growing animes my 6 year-old brother likes (he's into InuYasha [which he calls 'the show with the dog-guy and Shippo'] Avatar, Full Metal, BLEACH, and Samurai Champloo)
>and dude, I LOVE ramen (also so does my brother tho he likes to put food dye in it, don't ask) and I like onigiri, it's okay. Haven't had the chance to try mochi yet, though
