i'm sure there some fine print in orochi's jutsu thats like "Side effects of controlling an uchiha's body with this jutsu may result in shortness of breath, dizyness, or certian death which will return the body to the original owner"

from what I know all the Uchiha have black hair so how can Yondaime be Madara when he has yellow hair ? I think he is Naruto's dad ( 4th hokage) why else would he pick Naruto to be the vessel of the kyuubi (sp?) and Naruto has no parents, that is because his dad must have been 4th hokage and lost his life using Shiki Fuujin
