i really love anime and mangas but you can't say it runs my life or without them i will die that is imposssible! but when i am really lonely and sad at home the only thing there that can make me happy is animes and manga books some times it's funny, good and sad so i thought in my mind "at least there is something funny here?" but with out anime i think i would've run away from home already because of all those sadiness but there was the anime that make me feel better so when i'm done with school i will go to japan the only place that will fit me

I would say no, anime is not the center of my life. But...
I would say it is my biggest hobby and interest, and I spend a lot of money on it, and a lot of time finding out about it. I love the feeling of being up-to-date on new shows and anime news, and I like finding something new in the anime world to get into ~ ! I like to immerse myself in shows I love, or relate to the characters or ideas. I like reviewing and thinking about the shows also. So, in that way, anime is a huge part of my life, but not the center. I don't run my life around it ~ ! Although I did tell my friends I couldn't hang out one night because my new Haruhi DVD had come ~ ! My JapanForum Family! Yes and no. LOL. Anime is a hobby of mine. It makes me happy to watch it and I love manga as well. I draw my own characters as well as fan art. I plan to make my art a full time career. I do have a social life, though. I have a bunch of friends that I hang out with. My friends all love anime and manga, too, so a lot of the time we will go to places like Legion or Best Buy to shop. Two of my friends have movie projectors, so we have anime parties sometimes. We go to conventions together, too. That's not all we do. We go to non-anime related things like go to the movies. So, you see, I love anime and it's a huge part of my life. I could live without it, but I don't think I'd like it very much. I get plenty of time with my friends, but mostly we do anime related activities. Even then, we still get out into the real world every now and again.
