It's funny by times buy mostly depressing. Everything goes wrong, all of Satou's and his friends' efforts are always completely destroyed. I guess it has different impacts depending on the viewer though. The manga is pretty good too, the original novel might be even better, I don't know.

This is Keroro Gunso. It doesn't show in American TV, I'd look in video stores like FYE.
