For Elfen Lied, (I'm not sure for Fate/Stay Night or Tsukihime)

Elfen Lied contains nudity, and gore. Don't recommend for small children, but it's a very good anime (try manga too because manga ver. is much more complex and longer)

Tsukihime and Fate Stay do NOT contain nudity and no gore neither, altought they were Hentai Games at the very beginning.

Fate Stay Night was ok if a bit predictable and it was confusing to hear the name "Sakura" being called out :P

I loved Elfen Lied (have watched that one too before forgot to mention) it was very very good though I hate when they don't give it a proper ending but one of those "interpret yourself" ending, felt sorry for Nana

Thanks for all the inputs it will keep me busy, at the moment I've got my hands on Neon Genesis Evangelion and it's good

Elfen Lied in the manga is concluded. I don't wanna spoil you. Just try it because the story is quite different than the anime.
