As far as I know (Don't forget I have a death note with all the rules >_<) you can't make someone else kill someone with the death note, accidents excluded

Aww cmon, you cant judge them based on only the first two episodes... ._. If you judged L like that, you'd be saying he has to get out in the open and chase butterflies or something XD
