Basically, I feel L's too soft-hearted while Mello's too emotional >.< There's no such thing as happy endings, for when you find true love, happiness is everlasting.

Yeah I agree N has practically no experience and hes only young, I would say L's biggest weak point is his methods, he could have easily won against Light if he hadn't approached him, all he would have had to do is put him in confinement, watch the killings stop (Unless Misa started killing people >.<) then Light would be executed (I think thats the sentence they would give him anyway, regardless of his age). I agree Mello is too emotional, and he eats too much chocolate, at least be like L and have a little variety

whats the difference between confinement and jail then? Is L authorized to confine someone without a substantial reason? O.o

Well L does it in his own facility's, and no he's not authorised to and I doubt he would, I'm just saying he might have won or at least lived if he hadn't approached Light
