What do you mean nothing was changed? Compared to the manga, there were changes. Even in the first movie, the fact that they gave Light a girlfriend and Naomi a bigger role were changes from the manga.

Mello, Near, Yotsuba group, and our final Kira not being in the second movie is different because these things occurred in the manga.

The fact that there's a spin-off movie is a huge change compared to the manga.

Instead of acting defensive, and, imo, a little rude, why not explain yourself thoroughly so that you can be better understood? If I'd understood that you weren't referring to the manga, I wouldn't have quoted you in the first place. It was obvious that I was referring to the manga the entire time since I mentioned characters of the manga prior to your post and how those characters weren't in the movies, not counting the spin-off, as I've yet to see that. I also mentioned the stuff dealing with the Yotsuba group, and how that was changed as well.
