Sorry for the bump..

I just finished the anime. I skipped like 13 episodes because I hated how the story was changing.
They story seemed totally different after chapter 15 or so.
I'm talking about after Light discarded his death note and was imprisoned.
It just didn't seem right at all. Of course I still watched the last episode and was disgusted.

I'm not going to explain because of spoilers but it's not the ending I wanted.
I still really liked it though. I would recommend it to anyone.

as i began watching this anime it grew on me to where i had to keep watching it until it came to a conclusion. the conclusion wasnt what i had expected. i cant believe that kira had run out of ways to kill. the only problem was L got killed off. what a great show but who's better? Kira or L

who knows if L hadnt been killed off, would he have been in love with Light? i dont doubt it.

I'm posting this thread as a tribute to L, or Ryuzaki from Death Note. If you havent watched episode 25, DON"T READ ANY FURTHER.(Unless you want to know the spoiler) It was so sad when he died! I cried!

But I think he knew what was coming, with that scene on the roof, and the crying kid and bells and stuff. But still, I'm a little teary. Has anyone else seen that episode?

I forever hate the word Justice because of that episode! Have you seen the live action of it? It's so much sadder cus the person doin it looks so much like him and it happens almost exactly. IT HAPPENED TWICE T_T I have seen him die 3 times
