Hey. I'm trying to prepare to be a game designer like for characters, a manga artist, and an animator for television shows. Therefore, I'm trying to get into Tokyo Animation College. How do I get enrolled in this college?

I imagine you have to be fluent in Japanese, at least to high school level as that is the minimum entry requirement.
If you were not educated in Japan or a Japanese native you may have to go to extra lengths to prove the above to be considered.

It says to email them for a brochure full details.

I imagine it will cost a lot, and I thought with most art based things it was skill, ambition and getting noticed that took people through to successful careers, not education?

Whatever you decide, good luck and gabatte ne!
