Young Japanese Women Love "Boy Love" Manga -

Japan's young women are obsessed with Japanese comics (manga) packed with stories of male homosexual sex, according to Shukan Shincho.
Tens of thousands of Japanese women packed the Super Comic City exhibition held in Tokyo's Ariake over Golden Week. Super Comic City is an exhibition for dojinshi manga, fan-created comics. In two days, this year's Super Comic City attracted 92,000 visitors, 99 percent of them women. About 40 percent of the manga on display fell under the genre of Boy's Love, which features stories about love affairs between two men. Why is Yuri so popular with men?
I mean, If I say Yaoi to a guy he's all like "EWWWWWWWWWWW! HOMOS!!" But they go off and look at Yuri? O.o :P Same reasons.

fodder for conversations with gay men.. cuz a good portion of "yaoi" men definetely like to over sex it per se.. myself being one

maybe because for girls its interesting and almost the main characters there are "bishies" or the "lolita" type........well, its always like that for girls -> yaoi and for boys -> yuri....ha3....I think so?! XD
