Full metal: Fumoffu is definitely worth checking out it's the best anime comedy i've seen (some of the plot you will understand only after watching the whole Full Metal: Panic!, though) and i got some serious stomachache after watching it

Shin chan is a classic anime comedy for me... i grew up on it o_o.. I think Azumanga Daioh is pretty funny too.
