Marvel comic is starting to support manga arist now. They have a series called new MangaVurs. It all the Marvel super heros done in Manga style. I am not sure how the book is selling but it is a sighn of some support.

Jump is now also in the USA so more manga support there. it is growing here in the usa. but there still not a lot of deman for it.

your right about that...I do some manga myself and I never use computers, I do all the shading by hand...it takes awhile but the results are always good.

i own a few manga series...i prefer anime rather than manga because of my lack of time.

Gacha Gacha
City Hunter
Kindachi Case
One Piece
Digimon
Death Note
And a bunch of others

some of them are in books like Shonen jump and Co-co etc. However it's getting nice that i no longer need to get them from asia as more and more are being translated and sold in book stores ^^

Tokyopop signs new manga artists. You just have to send them a completed story and art sample. But they only do that at certian times in the year.
They are located in the USA.

im making my own manga right now, i want to submit to Tokyopop. i got the story down and now im just doing the sketches and drafts for the characters and preview of it. im pyshced about it though! i can't wait till im done with it.
