I honestly have no idea. Compared to most people, I haven't even seen much. I guess I'd have to go with Yoroiden Samurai Troopers (Ronin Warriors) and maybe Deathnote. Deathnote's anime was very well executed, imo, as it stuck almost entirely to the manga. I like the fact that there were no characterization changes and such. If one had never read the manga, they could just watch the anime, even though, the ending anime wise was a bit overly-dramatic for my liking.

As for Ronin Warriors, I don't know why I favor this series so much. I just love it, and to this this day, still hate the fact that I could never get the Boxset of the series that came out years ago. I'm not one to buy many series (receive them as presents, sure), but this is one that I really really want.

depends what u mean when u say "best".. the anime that made most inpact on me? (elfen lied), the anime who get's me exited and realy pumped (naruto, NOT shippuden cuz it sux compared 2 the old eps), or the anime that makes me laugh (gintama) or maybe the anime that made me a bit sad (air) or maybe the best romance anime i've watched (Kimi ga Nozomu Eien)...

they're all great in their own way.. but all time fav gotta be death note, the reason is obvious...
