i first saw it when i was in the same level in school as those kids were & i was in a catholic school back then & i hated everyone.

The violence was never the drawcard for me personally. I heard about the concept before the hype over the violence was around and that alone got me interested.

Kiriyama? I think thats his name, its been ages since ive seen that film, was the best character by far. none of that "shuuuuuya!" "nobuuuuuuuu!" rubbish.

Im suprised at how many japanese dislike that film.. its one of those that worked better when exported elsewhere in my opinion. Still one of my all time faves.

I'm writing an essay about the Death Note film and Battle Royale for media, so therefore I now know lots about the film and I've seen Battle Royale 20 billion times so yay.
