Keitaro, of course ^_^. *Love Hina spoilers* I personally didn't like the way Naru led him on for so long, but it was a great way to confess ^_^. *End of spoiler* I like Keitaro cuz i can relate to him, and by the end he can actualy be sort of...cool =P
Second is Negi ^_^ How many ten-year-olds kick that much ass, teach, AND have time or interest for romance? COOLEST 10-year-old character ever! xD (or was he 11 by now?)

Negima character's are better than the other Akamatsu projects, the anime ending sucked and the characters developed better in the manga.
Evangeline (manga) is the best, too bad she can't go to England with the rest of the group.

Between Negima and Love Hina, I like Negima more so. I'm still having a hard time choosing only one character, though.
