Oh, there are plenty, but the three that top my list are Gin Ichimaru, Aizen (can't remember his full name...), and Kaname Tosen from Bleach.
Gin and Aizen because they're manipulative bastards that hurt Momo, and Kaname because he's such a loser. Tosen... Come on... "Path of least bloodshed," my arse. Even if Aizen won, there would more than likely be a body count in the hundreds, if not thousands. Squad 11 - Sanity isn't our style.

Sorry for the Near/Mello fans,
but I think they're just disgusting. After episode 25, I think Death Note isn't that amazing anymore. Okay, I know that they play a huge role in Death Note but.. yeah. HAIL L!

I'm kinda Disliking Sasuke from Naruto.. In the beginning me and my cousin were all like OMG SASUKE!!! And after he got the cursed seal fought with naruto (we cried :'P) and now at the very least he's planning on destroying Konoha.. Plus if you read the manga online, Theres like 10 or maybe 30 chapters (Okay not that much but you get my point) where you only read about sasuke an a couple of pages with naruto. the manga/anime could almost be re-named as Sasuke and not Naruto..
