Hmm...an character that I dislike? I'd have to go with Rue from Princess TuTu or Luchia from Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch. I don't know why, but I just don't like them. Most other characters I'm either fine with or can tolerate them.

To be honest, no one in particular. Everyone has their faults, but there's good in all characters. :| I haven't seen a character that was bad enough to hate.
