Anime will evolve, like computer games will evolve. In the future, we'll be running around in Virtual Realites, shocked by the fact that people had to press buttons to play games. But, people will never forget the early computers, the Spectrums, Commodore 64s, the ZX81 and the NES.

I agree, I think it will just evolve. It is too important in Japan to forget. (Not to mention what will all the Hikikomori watch?
