Who likes AKIRA?

Hey! I want to know how many people have watched the movie Akira and enjoyed it. Cause I really did. Tell me who's your fav character and what's your favourite scene.

Has anyone watched that anime TV show called 'Ghostsweepers'? I watched it along time ago and wanted to know a little more bout it!

Akira was an amazing movie but I've never heard of ghostsweepers.

Akira is great. Most people don't understand it though. They find the whole thing anti-climatic.
Even so, Kaneda is my favourite character cos he's an all round alright kinda guy. Helps his friends, has a sense of justice, is witty and can ride a kick ass motorbike pretty well too

Akira is loooooong and uninteligable, but good! Very good.

I loved Akira! At first, I thought it would be one of those choppy, edge-cutting animes, because it was made in the early 90's(I think, haven't read the Wikipedia article in a while). But I was quite impressed! Very fluid animation.

My favorite characters were Kaneda and Tetsuos girlfriend. Favorite scenes were the battles between Kaneda and Tetsuo, and the part where Tetsuos girlfriend dies.

I watched Akira, it was okay certainly not the best I have scene. I watched it because my friend stuffed it down my throat, so I would have at least 1 classic anime I had seen.

Akira is certaily a classic anime film and the remake of it has great animation and clolours etc., are very excellent!

I only read the manga and I liked it alot

especialy the ending when the spirits of Yamagata and Tetsuo join Kaneda when he's riding through the city

my favourite char was Tetsuo.....anyone knows stronger from KanyeWest???
