" I would say hello "　はどんな文脈の中で使われたのかを説明して頂いた� �が良いのですが、普通に考えれば、「私なら"Hello"って� ��うと思う。（他のあいさつではなく）」という意味で� ��。

もうひとつ考えられるのは、「私なら（無視せずに）あ いさつするだろうな～。」という意味でも使えます。
