I am, however, rather advanced in English. Yoroshiku gozaimasu! ^_^
Hello, Joyfulldreams san.

I have a question about "diddly-poop".
Can you also say "diddly-shit" or "diddly-squat"?

And let me correct your Japanese a little.
"Yoroshiku gozaimasu"
We don't say that. We say "Yoroshiku onegaishimasu" instead.

You can use "gozaimasu" as in
"ohayou gozaimasu" (Good morning)
"arigatou gozaimasu" (Thank you very much)

Accually, You can't say "Diddly-shit", But if you want You can say "Diddly-Squat". Its a made up word that is supposed to be funny, so you can do anything.
"shit" is a slang word that doesn't fit because it is meant to be used when you are not talking politely or respectfully.
I hope I helped~
