Meh, it's easy if you set your mind to it... the hard part are the 1st 3-4 days and then you just need to supplement your smoking habit with something else... i was just drinking tee instead of smoking... every hour or so, a couple of earl grey, a breast-full of fresh air and back to what you were doing, pretty much as smoking... though it could become a tad harder if you are constantly in the vicinity of other smokers... but yeah, a bit of determination and self-determined motivation and off you go, with increased lung capacity and longer life span

Lol, apperantly I have quite the lung capacity already. Imagine more? (i had a chest x-ray a year or so ago and the woman seemed quite taken back by the length of my lungs. it was kinda like when you get blood work done and the nurse says you have really nice veins. i was like "thanks?") |
