Actually I picked sushi too, but only because my choice wasn't there. A shop where I could find my taiko drums and an affordable samisen would come before even sushi or tea. hon-sushi...
do i have to spell it out in japanese? 本寿司 ok i did... .lol x] but real sushi is a seasonal thing =.= the sushi that you have posted are typically from farm raised fish and available year-round real sushi changes w/ the seasons thus it's expense and just too break it down aji - in america, it's expensive because of importing; in japan however, aji is a relatively cheap fish maguro, ika(?), tako, amaebi, ikura.... ALL are very very very cheap =.= the most expensive out of that list is the amaebi (not by much) and the maguro (which varies, depending if it's yellowfin, big-eye, or bluefin) basically......... you got the cheap fish x] In the shadows beneath the trees he waits. In the darkness under the moon he plots In the silence of the night he kills. |
