O_o am I the only one with no martial arts experience prsn here who doesnt find it difficult to sit in the particular position that were talking about??? I guess I'm weird.....

You're not wierd. I lived in Japan, so sat that way often. When I used to go to a dojo people thought they were sitting seiza, but they really weren't. Most people don't know how to do it properly (yes there is a right and wrong way, and seiza translated literally means proper or correct sitting) and even Japanese people will become uncomfortable and legs will fall asleep.

No, im very used to sitting like that. Sometimes 30 mins at a time.. though admittedly the blood supply to the legs diminishes after 10.
