I don't really think new guy is weird. Just...
I like how Tommy Lee Jones was identifiable as his own character while being somewhat comedic and evil. The color of the sala flower reveals the truth that is... To flourish is to fall. The proud do not endure.

me neither and I dont think Jack Nicholson would have done a great job on this movie although he did okay-ish the first time around

I could see Johnny Depp as well, for The Riddler. I mean, I think it'd just be Willy Wonka with a diabolical scheme.

I saw that movie. All the actors were really good. I like action and superhero movies, but the only thing I disliked was that it was a little bit too gory for my taste in movies.
