You always do this to make it look like we're the ones misunderstanding and shit when you know what you did and you just can't face the fact that you're wrong.

Getting back to the topic...

I have a question on cutting in that is it the actual cut itself(separation of flesh) or the bleeding that makes one feel better? This is a serious question because I don't know much about this.

Bottom line is, you misunderstood Rei, when she clearly stated that she has nothing against kyo and she's only using an example, you on the other hand always took it personally and said, I quote

Quote:
I know full well Rei doesn't like Diru, judging from recent posts, so I'm automatically on the defensive when she brings up Kyo
you MADE IT personal by saying you go on the defensive, and for a subject as sensitive as this, I don't think it was appropriate to make it about your relationship with her.

It is the pain from the cutting. People say the pain they feel when they cut themselves distracts them from the depression or other pain they feel.

@ orewashini, yinnie and miyavifan

I am reading your "conversation" and you obviously misunderstood what miyavifan posted. Insults are not acceptable here and no one is interested in reading your complaining to each other over something so small and off-topic. Please end this here and now.

I have ended it on my part as it's pointless to try to get them to understand.

That's what I've heard.

Masochists are people who get a jolly off of cutting themselves.

I actually dated one once, and she told me there's just something, an adrenaline rush, or an extreme high, from just cutting herself.

The color of the sala flower reveals the truth that is... To flourish is to fall. The proud do not endure.

Heaven or Hell, Let's Rock!

Like a passing dream on a night in Spring. The mighty fall at last, to be no more than dust before the wind.

I have a friend that stopped cutting recently and she said she got a rush from cutting that made her focus on the pain so she didn't focus on her problems...but like drug use, once that high is gone, you crave it again and again.
Though for my other friend, she just started cutting [we're all trying to get her to stop] she says its seeing the blood. Knowing that she's alive and real.

As for my rare times I do do it [twice in three years] it's just feeling the pain

Hmm, its stuff like this makes me want to be a sychologist as I find it interesting what different things people do to cope or cover up the problems they have in their lives. Preciate the response.

for the cutters who do it to lose focus.... try video games. they require a lot of attention most of the time. youll forget about everything else
