Unless these are stocks that you need to sell soon, i.e. the next five or ten years, I wouldn't worry about a loss in stock...unless the company you have stock in goes bankrupt. I imagine most of you are in mutual funds rather than singular stocks, so chances are you will recover and make a profit if you don't need that money soon. The world economy will bounce back.

I cannot complain too much. Too much. My biggest problem at the moment is the fuel company that supplies the gas needed to heat my house has removed their payment plan from use. Instead of paying off my heat bill a bit month by month, now I have to shell out the $1,200 USD up front. I'm sorry, that is alot to hand over in one wad of cash! I don't think I would had minded the price so much if there was a warning ahead of time(so I could have saved more frivoulously beforehand), but that is never an option with inconvieniences. >:O

I'm a high school senior, but this is affecting me all the same. My parents aren't wealthy at all... so because of this, I have to say like 5 things that I want for Christmas (because the house is just sooo important jk) We're also feeling the impact on our food budget, the price of food is rising here which means that we can't get as much... I live in the U.S.

My mom has a (surprisingly) stable factory job with an income that has provided us with a lot of luxury in the past, though we're in the middle class, probably towards the lower end. We manage our money well and are have no debt. People being most affected are those that are in debt. I'm a college student and will probably never need to pay more than a couple of hundred a semester to be in school. In summary, no, I'm not affected.
