And still, it wouldn't hurt if you'd do a system restore to the date before this problem started.
Also, try disabling the firewall and see if you can watch the videos.

*** PROBLEM SOLVED ***
Problem resolved itself after going through the registry and deleting all references to "veoh" and "youtube". I didn't think worked at first, but stupid me forgot to reboot after this.  Anyhow, here's a big thank you to everyone!
