Aircraft engine tester, on military or civilian prototypes. Very interesting but sometimes very stressing! (when this f**cking new engine doesn't want to work properly)

No, we only work on the engines, we are putting them in pressurized / depressurized bench with conditionned airflow in temperature and hygro to simulate the atmospheric conditions in altitude (which decrease pressure and temperature and airflow) and the effect of the speed (which increase pression and temperature in function of the Mach number). That allows safe tests before operationnal flights. Another center is in due of the tests in flight, and there the techs could fly during the test in the largest aircrafts.
