Correct. In fact, chocolate as an ingredient is known to reduce the side effects of lactose intolerance. Depending on the level of sensitivity, some people who are lactose intolerant can even drink chocolate whole milk without having the problems they would experience with plain millk.

For me chocolate is a balancing act. I have a mild allergy to it, which can be managed if its combined with enough dairy. And being slightly lactose intolerant, I have to play with how much of either is too much. It why you will very rarely see me eating oreos without a glass of milk....... and you will never see the reverse.

i dont rele care for white chocolate. milk chocolate is good sometimes but it can be too sweet for me at times and i love dark chocolate with almonds in it. my fav is a resees fastbreak because it is the perfect combination of chocolate penut butter and nougatt, so is twix!! ^^
