My girlfriend has dragged me to a few "restorative" yoga classes over the past few weeks. I had to admit that they do make me feel much better (our last class came after 6 hours of walking around the city, and after the class I felt as fresh as I had when I woke up that morning).

Unfortunately, the classes are expensive (3000 yen each), I plan to learn what I can so I can practice on my own for free.

I don't mind trying it, if it's worth it.

The usual definition of yoga in English is one of many "limbs" of Hatha Yoga, a very systemized form of yoga practiced in India.

I hope you're not doing Yoga just to "pick up chicks" there.

I've noticed there are two kinds of yoga teachers here in my area: teachers who use English terminologies and teachers who use Sanskrit/colloquial Indian language terminologies.
