Funny.
I just watched the news on this. When told by officers he needed to put clothes on he responded "What's wrong with being naked?" Apparently he was drunk and he does like the sauce. The end of a career, possibly? Public scandals are not taken lightly, especially for Johnny's singers. |

One other member of SMAP was kicked out of the band for 2 years after fleeing an illegal parking ticket because the paparazzi were trying to take pictures of the girl he had in his car. This is much bigger than that. Kusanagi is the spokesman for the digital conversion and does commercials for diapers and other products which reflect his "clean" and "soft" image. He was buck-naked and the police had to wrap in in a blue tarp. Five hours after the arrest, at 8:00AM he was still intoxicated...which makes me think it might be more than alcohol. |

Wow, this is the end for him.
Especially as his character is presented as the polar opposite of someone who would do something like this. If anyone could get away with it, it wouldn`t be Tsuyoshi. Just... Wow. |

I hope not. 1) He wasn't driving and 2) so far it sounds like it was only alcohol (but copious amounts) and 3) there was no "victim" (besides the people who couldn't sleep), but indeed, he has the opposite of a bad-boy image. Johnny doesn't like this sort of thing, and he might be too old to bounce back from a two-year suspension, for example. The question is, what happens to SMAP? Forced break up? Temporary? Permanent?
