Samurai to me are not much of fighting warriors; more like powerful semi-aristocrats since most famous samurai we know before the Edo military governance were very much like military administrators.
This is more from a historical view, by the way. |

You were saying that violence is part of human nature. I said that it isn't because we can reason either way. Nothing there addresses what I said. Also... you're a psychopath. The part I bolded is why. You speak like a fundamentalist muslim but instead it seems you yearn for a Spartan society rather than a Islamic one. You call yourself a "warrior"... but a "warrior's" role in a societal context is to protect it not to hold contempt towards it. In terms of survival your anti-social ideals make you the weak one in terms of survivability. No you're not a "warrior"... you're an outcast. Outcasts like you survive because you're irrelevant not because you're strong. |

They're two very different things. Ronin: Calling people psychos for not agreeing with your way of thinking is narrow minded and idiotic. You and Tenchu have never never had a smooth past in discussions. But let's be serious here, I think you both need to stop judging each other over the internet. However crude, I find Tenchu's opinions great and really interesting. I find myself leaning more to his side, in the argument. Your views are totally opposite, which makes it even more good to read. Like the extremes of both sides. But, keep it as a discussion. Not a heated argument. |
