running is cardio so youll lose weight, if u have a treadmill then add incline while you run to tighten up your legs more.
the cardio helps lose weight, so add crunches in for your stomach, i wont tell u how many to do tho
also push ups...female push ups, dont knock em, they work, they will tighten up your chest as well. plus like i said eating right all that should tighten you up pretty much and u can do it all at home
Yeah thank you ! ^^
me and my friend are starting to go to a gym ..
But call me stupid XD but what's a female push up? xD

Though crunches do work your stomach area, it actually doesn't kill as much fat as running. There are several layers of fat, which I should have payed attention to in class; however there are fats you can burn by running and fats you can't. Same goes to every fat, doing just crunches won't cut it. You have to do more than one exercise to lose weight. Doing only crunches will allow you to lose weight, but you won't look any different on the outside, you're building back muscle and killing a few fat layers underneath your top layers of fat on your stomach.

Knees on the ground when commencing a pushup. Don't even do these, they don't do anything. If anything, just do the full pushup with the 90 degree rule.

Not to blame it on anything and seem too cocky upon my own intelligence, but we have no clue what happened truly behind the scenes. Even reality shows don't show everything; and remember how greedy the human race is for money. However, whether it be true or not I'm sure that it can't be as healthy as other alternatives. Like said before starving is never healthy.

Oh wow, that's not what a girl pushup looked like when my teachers showed them to me. Looks like it could be effective for weight loss. o_O

your wrong about that, my dad is a trainer outside of his work and when he was in the military, he got a girl who could only do 10 female push ups at the start to do 100 after 2 months, which transferred to 50 regular push ups.

there is nothing wrong with female pushups at all.
