Yeah, and what happens to them? They die.

Lets simplify this.

Logically speaking any living thing needs to consume in order to survive, if you don't eat and you're used to eating like people, with the exceptions of the less fortunate countries do, you're body is accustomed to that, and if you don't eat your body will go into 'survival mode' due to its starving nature and it will store more fat when you break the fasting in order to help you survive. This is just the way the body is built, like said if you don't eat you die. If you eat after your starve, you have be very careful about it, and the fat will just build up if you eat regular portions. If you want to recover from fasting, you just end up eating stable, smaller portions throughout the day like what I've been saying. Exercise and stable eating is the key.

1. Eat rigth, lots of proteins, no fat.
2. Get a workout routine, and don't slack, give it your best every time.
3. Muscle workout 1 day and cardio the other. monday: gym, Thirsday: cardio, Wedensday: gym and so on.

Having a good routine and iron-will is crucial

I exercise about 4-5 times a week, eat a lot of healthy foods (lean meats, vegetables, grains) and get a good night's sleep - which for me is around eight hours a night.

TLDR: Exercise, hydration, healthy eating, sleep.

go for walks and running.. walking burns fat faster than any other exercise. one thing to do is apply a small amount of extra weight when you do. like carrying dumbells or those ankle weights. they get annoying when running but they help. i used to do it when i was in rugby. i kept a stable weight of 154 before i turned into a fat ass by gaining 10 pounds, lol . i didnt need muscle mass because i had to be fast instead of strong which is why my weight was less.
