1. Eat rigth, lots of proteins, no fat.
2. Get a workout routine, and don't slack, give it your best every time. 3. Muscle workout 1 day and cardio the other. monday: gym, Thirsday: cardio, Wedensday: gym and so on. Having a good routine and iron-will is crucial |

I exercise about 4-5 times a week, eat a lot of healthy foods (lean meats, vegetables, grains) and get a good night's sleep - which for me is around eight hours a night.
TLDR: Exercise, hydration, healthy eating, sleep. Nobody is perfect.
I am nobody. Therefore, I am perfect. |

go for walks and running.. walking burns fat faster than any other exercise. one thing to do is apply a small amount of extra weight when you do. like carrying dumbells or those ankle weights. they get annoying when running but they help. i used to do it when i was in rugby. i kept a stable weight of 154 before i turned into a fat ass by gaining 10 pounds, lol . i didnt need muscle mass because i had to be fast instead of strong which is why my weight was less.
