aerobics? Thats pretty healthy and walking everywhere!

I heard theres a diet that doesn't stop you eating stuff,and you dont even have to join the gym! Yu just incorporate more activities in the day

e.g: walking to school/work/bustop
-power walk everywhere
-try not to sit down everywhere
-Do the washing up after every meal
-Drink less caffeine

Just little tweaks to your day

Not realy...Muscles are build when your current muscle mass is to low for the activities you do (ex. lifting weights). This releases hormones that activate the protein reserves to increase mucle cells. But protein in it self builds fat cells aswel. Faster metabolism does nothing if you don't exercise.
