Not true, will cause you to gain even more weight. A better way is to eat smaller portions at a stable rate throughout the day. Eating nothing will solve nothing. There is no way to escape exercise.

not eating works, but its not healthy
not at all
theres not a trainer or fitness expert, or a doctor on the planet that would tell u not to eat. plus once u start eating again youll gain your weight and more back. u cant just not eat forever
and then to not eat, then eat then not eat again is definitely not healthy, its called a yo yo diet.

That's because he probably worked out a precise nutritional balance for his meal after he stopped eating. If any normal person stopped eating there would be a strong urge to eat a lot after the diet, therefore eating. Whether it be a large portion or a small portion you body will take more of that portion into the fat for storage due to the lack of stable eating throughout the period you haven't been eating, as a natural reaction to starvation.

And like said above, it's not healthy. Just eat slowly and stably and exercise.

Lots of side effects to starvation too, like your first meal. It won't stay in your body, and it'll come out a liquid; if you know what I mean. >;3

oh ok, well your breasts arent going anywhere
squats will tighten up your thigh and butt area
running is cardio so youll lose weight, if u have a treadmill then add incline while you run to tighten up your legs more.
the cardio helps lose weight, so add crunches in for your stomach, i wont tell u how many to do tho
also push ups...female push ups, dont knock em, they work, they will tighten up your chest as well. plus like i said eating right all that should tighten you up pretty much and u can do it all at home
