If you're still looking to buy, I highly recommend using this shopping service:
Shoppingagent - Home The shopping agent lives in Japan, he is prompt and courteous in his e-mails, and his prices are reasonable (only 600 JPY per transaction). I've done business with this site before and was happy with the results. I'd say using this sort of service would be far more reliable (since there'd be accountability in case the transaction goes wrong) than getting a random person to do it.
