Barbarities exist almost all countries on this planet.
As you may know, cats and dogs are livestock to many people in Asian countries and tortured before cruelly killed.
I don't think Japanese people eat cats and dogs but animals in Japan are not being treated humanely.
Law makers in Japan need to introduce most effective humane legislation to reduce pet population in Japan and put their best effort to solve this tragedy of pet over population.
How many cats and dogs are continue being executed before law makers in Japan start doing something to stop unnecessary killing of innocent defenseless animals while many starving dehydrated cats and dogs are roaming on the street trying to survive another day??

I agree with you, honestly. But there are only two ways you are going to change things:
1. Physically beat people up when you see them doing wrong.
2. Vote for the most sensative and considerate government (Obama would be the US choice, for example... not Palin).
Small little things like this amount to very little. You're doing this because you're hurt inside, and I fully understand why. But problems will always exist in the world; the most of people on this planet will always be retarded. Yet, there is a way to end the suffering you feel inside yourself, even if not outside of yourself; you need to focus on your own heart.
