How to vote:
- All votes will be done by private messages to maintain peoples anonymity so voting is not influenced or on show.
- Choose the categories which you are voting for, and put the username of the person you want to vote for next to that category. EG. Male of the Year Award : MrSmith.
- You do not have to vote in all categories.
- If you are unsure of a persons gender, then let me know in the PM.
- Once you have decided on all your nominations, PM all your votes to me, MissMisa, for them to be counted and tallied.
- I will reveal the results in 3 weeks time, to give everyone the chance to vote.
Rules:
- You MAY vote for the same person in multiple categories.
- You MAY NOT vote for more than one person in each category.
- You MAY disclose your votes to other members if you wish. But you must also respect that a person might not want to disclose their votes.
- Moderators MAY participate in the voting.
- You MAY vote for yourself. (Shame on you! Lol Joke, joke.)
- Members must have been on the forum for 1 MONTH in order to vote. I'm sorry to have to penalise new members, but this rule is to stop people creating other accounts and voting for themselves.
- Members must not have been banned, had any infractions, or warnings, during the time the award voting has been opened. Anyone votes for members who fit this criteria will not be counted.
If you have any further questions or don't understand the rules, then feel free to PM me.
VOTING ENDS ON THE 1ST AUGUST 2009.
