I think this is true when concerned with this war.

Back in World War 2 I think this quote would be relevant. But I think after Vietman morality in warfare started to surge. So I think that in our time right now this quote would be redundant.

If your country is at war the citizens need to support the army even if they arent for the cause. The soliders are protecting all people in their country not just the ones they agree with.

I was in the Infantry, and so what? I only mentioned it because I said the purpose of soldiers was to die. If I wasn't one myself, it would be arrogant to say that.

It is a stupid comment. Civilians include elderly and children. Being at war with babies? How messed up is that.
