I know what SF is. My point is, 8hours a day....for a video game....You'd be better of playing that PoS mmo
Why would I be better off doing that? So I can pay 15 a month to play a game that I don't like? Quit trolling.
8 hours a day wouldn't be shit if I'm awake for 22.

8 hours is still 8 hours. I don't care how much you don't sleep.

8 hours a day studying, or practicing some skills, or even community service, or getting your license is better than playing video games for that long.
Especially if you want to risk your health to stay up that long, at least do something useful.

Practicing some skill, exactly. If I plan on playing in tourneys, this is the way to do it.

How many people make a living playing Street Fighter?

I could list off quite a few if you really want me to..
it's not to play as a job, but as a very serious hobby with some possible money thrown in, video games are a sport, pro Starcraft players play 13+ Hours a day.

Or sleeping. Or studying. Or out taking a walk. Or participating in group activities like sports or clubs. Or being with friends. Or reading a great novel. Or exercising. And so on

They also are famous for having no social lives, poor health, and killing themselves if they lose.

I agree with GTJ, comparing your lifestyle choices with pro Starcraft players does not make you sound particularlly stable.

It's great to have a hobby you can indulge in 8+ hours a day, but it would be a real shame to be playing SF when you could be working on getting into college or a marketable skill that you can use to make money. And keep in mind you are sacrificing sleep to play SF as a full-time job.
