Well, I'm from canada...And I heard about this place from me magazine...
I decided to give it a look. well, I'm part japanese...but it came from my grandfather adn well, He's not really part of the family anymore. so basically, I missed out x.x But I still love japan fasshion and food and well...Anime and music! My friends call me the short loud one,,... I justr want more friends :3

I am Samedin (people mostly call me Sam), from Serbia (for those who don't know, it's a country in Europe )Yesterday was my 19th birthday. (Happy birthday to meee  )Music is one of the most important things in my life. I have been playing piano, accordion, and acoustic guitar since I was about 7 years old. I am very active in writing and composing songs, and most of people like them, so I like to think of my self as a (relatively) creative person. At the moment, I am interested in going into the field of foreign languages (I want to be an English & Spanish professor-translator) But who knows? I may end up changing my mind as I gain more experience. I joined this forum because of my interest to Japanese language. If you have any questions, feel free to ask

im aoshisakura,, 19 yrs old from the philippines.. i dont know why but since i was young,, i have always loved nihongo.. this year i'm about to fullfill my long-time dream of going to japan,, i'm altogether nervous yet excited.. I love anime and jpop as well,,

Name: l00pdel00p (if that is to annoying to write just call me anything :P) age: 19 Intentions and whatnot:to meet al the lovely people that i am sure are on this forum o(^.^)o i have been learning korean, japanese and chinese for quite a few years now and although i still make my fair share of mistakes i dont mind taking in any of them. Why do you want to go to Japan: i want to travel everywhere, but in particular japan to see my friends there and to get lost in a culture very different from my own Favourite Manga/Anime: naruto, bleach, the wallflower, chobits theres to many \(>.<)/ hobbies:drawing, travelling, going to concerts, watching asian dramas <3 etc. Movies: fast and furious movies, death note, battle royale that kind of film Music: dir en grey, gazette, one ok rock, alice nine, nightmare etc.

I've already been told off for posting too many articles... so probably best to introduce myself to you guys already.
I'm a 20 year old marketing student from the UK, whom also dabbles in web & graphics design. I'm currently learning japanese (via rosetta stone & numerous books) and am mainly here to share my passion of japan with everyone. Also, seems you have a great language thread to absorb from aswell  . I'm the main contributor to the Japcult blog site and also work part time in a market research center. My favourite manga is Mushishi and my favourite anime is Samurai Champloo. Hope to catch you all in the near future people. Take it easy
